You will need a USB cable and iTunes to add the videos to your Video iPod .

Install iTunes on your computer. You can download it for free here
Open iTunes and connect your iPod using the USB cable.
Drag the .m4v file over to iTunes.

iTunes should auto-update your iPod, if it doesn't, just drag the video over to your iPod .

Members area video clips are ready to be uploaded to your cell phone.
You will need a WAP enabled cell phone and a computer running Win XP with Service Pack 2.
Use either the USB interface provided by your phone manufacturer or Bluetooth ™ to upload the clips to your phone.
